Nicole Mitchell

Events Coordinator

Born in San Francisco, Nicole attended The Culinary Institute of America Greystone where she received her Associates in Baking & Pastry.  While living and studying in Napa, she began to foster her love for wine and viticulture.  After spending time on the pastry team at Michelin star restaurants, Nicole made the switch to front-of-house and dug her heels in at ICHI where she managed and curated the sake and wine programs.  Her drive to continue her education, and a passion for wine and sake, inspired her to work with some of the most well curated beverage lists in San Francisco. Nicole achieved her WSET Level 3 Award in Sake while simultaneously studying to become a certified sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers.  Her true passion is sharing her expertise and love for wine while creating a warm convivial atmosphere.  She shines brightest when she is hosting and managing events on every scale.  Who doesn't love a party?!
